Pruning and Changes to the BHK Website

Thanks for all your support and love over the festive period. We hope you have all had a good start to the New Year, even though many of us are back into lockdown. We thought we’d let you know some of our plans for 2021…

I will be making some long-overdue changes to the BHK blog this year. You’ll notice the layout and content changing a little as I try to bring things more up-to-date, relevant and delicious. Please bare with us if things aren’t quite working properly, I’m probably better at growing herbs than we are at website design!

I will not be doing UK cooking events in 2021 and the foreseeable future, focusing more on online content. I’m excited to see how things will evolve in the coming months and years, how we can all utilise technology. I feel that doing more online talks and videos etc, we will be able to reach out even more, all around the world. I’ll announce plans as they take shape.

We have already had some live group chats, all about vegan cooking, at ‘Tea with Lee’. A 40 minute group chat which will happen again soon. Details will appear on the blog or over on our Facebook cooking group (join by clicking here).

I’ve loved meeting many of you in person over the years, and online, and will keep trying to adapt to the changing conditions in the BHK and around the world, bringing you healthy, vegan cooking and Beach House news.

We also hope you like the changes to the site and it’s easier and faster to use. Feedback would be very much appreciated.

Happy Cooking!

Lee

    Hi Lee
Your butternut gnocchi was sensational the flavour combination make you a genius. My meat norther Sunderland eating husband made it for me tonight and we both loved it will be a regular now! Everything we have made in peace and parsnip has been a success. We also have loads of pitsou left for pasta dishes. We added some Tyne cheese vegan cashew cheese on the top and it was lovely. Thank you. No option to add a pic or would have done.

    • Thanks for letting us know Joanne! I’m over the moon you both enjoyed the gnocchi. Sunderland husbands are always the best cooks!!;)) Happy cooking!!
